The TECWARE Phantom is available in both the full-size 104-key layout as well as the Tenkeyless 87-key layout.
With a minimalistic concept in mind, the keyboard is built with a low-profile case, measured to house only the keys of the keyboard, less any unnecessary buttons or decorative embellishments. Cable guides are indented on the underside of the keyboard to aid cable management, by eliminating cable tangling and interference. Its compact build features a small footprint, which allows for more desk space and easy portability.
The keyboard offers vibrant multi-color backlighting with a plug-and-play design, starting with 18 preset lighting modes that can be toggled without the use of software. Much more is possible with the use of the software though, as it allows up to 3 customizable lighting profiles, and each key is individually customizable and mappable. Brightness and speed levels are adjustable as well, giving the user full control to pick out their desired lighting setup.
Built with an alloy baseplate and double-shot keycaps, the TECWARE Phantom is built with a sturdy yet compact design that will last for years. It is also equipped with 100% anti-ghosting technology, with full key rollover, to ensure that every key press registers.
The TECWARE Phantom adopts Outemu switches, and it offers users with the choice of the Outemu blue, brown, or red switches. Whether it’s crisp and loud tactile switches, quiet and fluid linear switches, or one that is equally balanced, users have the option to pick their preferred choice. On top of that, these Outemu switches are completely modular, designed to be easily replaceable or interchanged. Each keyboard comes with 4 spare switches, a keycap puller, and a switch puller, so users are fully equipped to replace a faulty switch at their own convenience.
